It's been a while!

I'm not even sure if anybody reads this. But, I'm determined to actually use this thing more often and keep it updated. So keep coming back. :)

Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! We had a very fun and unique Thanksgiving this year! We travelled to Chicago to visit RJ's sister and surprise her by having Thanksgiving at her place. She just moved into a new apartment all on her own and we spent the day painting it and helping her get stuff organized, etc. It was really fun. And then, since she doesn't have her gas running yet we microwaved our Thanksgiving dinner, which RJ's mom cooked ahead of time.

On another note, I wanted to share this video. This guy, John Piper, has a passion that is so contagious. And I love this video.

Livin' the dream

Today marks 1 whole month of marriage!

And it's been nothing but a fairytale so far...

We haven't had our first fight yet, we wake up together every morning and go to sleep together every night, we had a blast cleaning the house together yesterday (it was our first big cleaning day), we take turns cooking, we eat our meals at the table together...i still haven't found anything that really bothers me about RJ...
And we're still all smiles and as madly in love as ever...

Sounds pretty terrible, but it's absolutely true.
